LEMON · Chrome extension

Know the numbers before you quote a rate.

Lemon Collector reads the Instagram or TikTok profile already open in your browser, counts engagement from the last twelve posts, and puts the creator's record into Lemon CMS. No second tab, no spreadsheet — and no request of its own to either platform.

What the panel does

It behaves like a careful reader, not like a bot with your password.

Reads the page you are already on

Open an Instagram or TikTok profile and the panel fills itself in. The extension asks for no platform login, and touches nothing outside the two profile pages it is allowed to read.

Counts honestly

Engagement as an average and a median, reel performance by view, posting rhythm, and a warning when one viral post is carrying the average. Hidden like counts are excluded, never counted as zero.

Prices against your CPM

Your target CPM, in rupiah per 1,000 views, turns the account's average views into a ceiling you can bring to the table — pinned to the sample, so a price you already quoted does not move.

What the numbers mean

The definitions the panel computes with — the ones you will be asked to explain.

SampleThe 12 most recent non-pinned posts. Every rate comes from that sample, never from whatever the page happened to load.
Engagement rate(likes + comments) ÷ followers, shown as both an average and a median across the sample.
Reel engagement by view(likes + comments) ÷ views, for reels.
Median over averageOne viral post can move an average far from what the account normally does. The median is the number to quote.
Outlier warningWhen the highest rate in the sample is at least 5× the median, the panel says so and points at the median.
Hidden like countsPosts whose like counts the owner hid are excluded from every rate. A false zero drags an average down and makes a fair rate look expensive.
CollaborationsA collaboration counts for every declared co-author, not only the creator the platform names on the post.
Paid and organicPaid posts are flagged from the platform's own partnership markers, and the split is shown separately.
CPM price ceilingAverage sample views × your target CPM ÷ 1,000. A ceiling, pinned to the 12-post sample so a sampling change never moves a price you quoted.
Pending sampleA scrape that grows the post count is held aside until you refresh, so the numbers never move under you mid-read.
Approximate followersWhen a scrape yields no follower count, the newest follower-history snapshot (≤ 7 days old) is shown as ≈ with its date. Never stored, never used for badges.

What lands in Lemon CMS

The creator's record goes to the system your team already reads — not to a vendor's database, and not into someone's private sheet.

Campaign history

Which campaigns the creator was in, with the brand, participant status and rating.

Rate cards

One per management: task type, rate, currency (IDR by default) — next to the ceiling you just computed.

Contacts

Email, phone, and the managements behind the account, each with their own rate cards.

Demography and categories

Age range, gender, province and regency as official region codes, plus categories from the same backend.

Shortlists

Add the creator to a company shortlist in one click, with a note, through draft and ready states.

Follower history

One snapshot per creator per day, captured on profile visits, with a 7-day delta in the panel.

A save that cannot reach Lemon CMS is queued and retried, with the pending count on the toolbar icon. Close the laptop mid-list; the work is still there.

Where it sits

Three places a KOL list can live. This tool exists because the third is where the campaign actually runs.

Working from a spreadsheet

  • Copy followers, likes and views by hand
  • Recompute the rate in a calculator
  • The list lives in one person's file
  • The number is gone when the tab closes

With Lemon Collector

  • The panel counts while you read
  • The sample and its rows stay attached
  • Shortlists and rate cards live in Lemon CMS
  • A price stays where you quoted it

Add it to Chrome

An unlisted Chrome Web Store listing: it does not appear in search, and the link below is the way in. No build step, no developer mode.

  1. Add to Chrome

Open the store listing in the Chrome profile you work in and choose Add to Chrome. Desktop Chrome only — the panel it opens with is Chrome's side panel.

  2. Stay signed in on Instagram

Instagram serves profile data only to signed-in visitors, so use the account you already browse with. TikTok needs no session.

  3. Open a profile and click the icon

The panel opens on whichever creator the tab is showing, and keeps them pinned when you click away.

  4. Paste your API key

Gear icon → options page → the API key issued by Lemon CMS. The backend URL can stay empty: it defaults to api.cms.lemon.co.id. Your target CPM and the per-platform pause switch live on the same page.

Requirements: desktop Chrome, a Lemon CMS API key, and a profile open on Instagram or TikTok.

What leaves your browser

Only the profile you are looking at, and only when you save. No analytics, no telemetry, and no tracking endpoint: the only destinations are the Lemon CMS APIs and the object-storage host Lemon CMS issues upload links for.

ReadPublic profile data on Instagram and TikTok profile pages, plus the profile URL, so the panel knows which creator it is showing.
Stored locallyScrape results, the profile cache, follower history and your settings, in chrome.storage.
